The StrengthsFinder assessment is an analysis of your strengths, both greater and lesser. By reviewing the results of this assessment, you are able to focus more on your talents and less on what you’re not good at. This introductory StrengthsFinder program will require you to complete an online survey, in which your dominant and lesser strengths are categorized by rank. Upon completion, you will receive a report of your Top 5 Strengths with an explanation of each category. Also, you will receive the StrengthsFinder eBook, which includes an in-depth description of all 34 strengths the assessment examines.
In order for your to get the most out of your report, you will be given access to 2 audio lessons. The first lesson is an introduction and overview of the StrengthsFinder process. The second lesson will teach you how to identify your top strengths, claim them and use them effectively. Each lesson will include handouts to be used as reference materials.
